The Stafford Davis Firm obtains unanimous defense verdict in Gregg County jury trial.

Last week, the firm obtained a unanimous defense verdict for its client, an East Texas oilfield services company, who was accused of retaliating against the plaintiff for filing a worker’s compensation claim. The jury unanimously found that the company did not retaliate against the Plaintiff and, therefore, awarded no damages. This resulted in a complete win for the firm and its client.
